Ingredients :
• 700 g boneless chicken breast fillet of 2″ X 2″ inch pieces
• 1 Tomato
• 4 tbsp tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp chopped garlic
• 1 sliced onion
• 4 to 5 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp paprika powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
• 150 g button mushrooms
• 2 cups chicken stock
• 150 ml cream
• Parsley to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Take 3/4 cup all-purpose flour. Season it with 1 table spoon salt, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tbs garlic powder. Mix well for 30seconds.
Now take 700 Gram chicken breast fillets, cut it into small or 2″ X 2″ pieces & coat well with seasoned flour.
Step 2
Take 4 to 5 tbsp oil in a pan. Fry the coated chicken pieces on a medium flame. Cook each side for 5 minutes until it becomes golden in colour.
Dish out golden chicken pieces on a paper towel.
Step 3
Add 2 tbsp butter in the same pan. Add 1 sliced onion and saute it for 2 mins. Add 2 table spoons of chopped garlic and saute it for 30 seconds. Add 1 tsp of paprika powder, 1 tsp salt and half tsp Black pepper powder. Mix well for a minute.
Now add pest of 1 tomato blended with 4 tbs tomato sauce. Let it simmer till oil is released and then add 2 cups of chicken stock.
Step 4
Add 150 g chopped button mushrooms. Add the fried chicken pieces. Cover and cook it on a low flame for 15 mins.
Add 150 ml cream and stir well.
Step 5
Garnish it with Parsley / Coriander.
Step 6
Serve hot on a bed of rice.
