Ingredients
  • 1 ½  TBSP Butter
  • 5 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • ½  Tsp Ginger pest
  • 1 lb Shrimps, peeled
  • ¼ Cup Tomatoes
  • ¼ Cup White Wine Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Cream
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • ¼ Tsp Red pepper flakes
  • ½ Tsp Garlic powder
  • ¼ Tsp Black pepper powder
  • ¼ Asafetida powder
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
Directions

Step 1

Take a pan and put it on a medium flame, melt the butter. Add asafetida, garlic cloves, garlic powder and ginger pest, fry it for 30 seconds until it becomes light brown.

Step 2

Add shrimps to the pan and cook it for 3 minutes until it turns light pink. Combine it with chopped tomatoes.

Step 3

Stir in the white wine vinegar and cook it for 4 minutes.

Step 4

Season it with black pepper and salt, mix it well.

Step 5

Add the cream and give a good stir. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and chopped parsley.
