  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 250 Gram Curd
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Piece of Charcoal for smoke
  • Coriander Leaves for Garnish
  • Lemon Slices
Prep Tips :
  • The first step is to clean the chicken pieces.
  • Make a few gashes on the Chicken. When you make such deep cuts into the chicken pieces, the marination and spices goes straight into the meat.
  • Make sure the Chicken is fresh as it tastes delicious and cooks fast.
Directions

Step 1

Take a bowl. Pour in Chicken Pieces. Add Curd, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Ginger-Garlic Paste & Salt to taste. Combine it well for 2 to 3 Minutes & Keep it aside for 30 minutes on a room temperature.

Step 2

Take a pan, add oil and butter in it. Once the oil is hot, place the marinated Chicken pieces into the pan. Make sure it is not too crowded.

Step 3

Cook each side for 10 to 12 minutes. Keep flipping sides until pieces are finely cooked. Sometimes it depends on the freshness of the Chicken. Fresh Chicken meat cooks faster. Put all cooked chicken pieces in a bowl for smoke.

Step 4

Heat the Charcoal piece until it’s red hot. Place it inside the Chicken bowl at the center, put 1 teaspoon melted butter on it. It will immediately start releasing the smoke. Cover the bowl with a lead for 2 minutes.

Step 5

It’s ready. Garnish Chicken Tandoori with chopped coriander leaves, accompanied by Onion and lemon slices. It goes nicely with Naan. Serve it to your family members, friends or loved ones and cherish the deliciousness of this mouthwatering dish.
